I was enjoying walking with my dog on the 200 block of 96th St. when I came to the corner by the water plant. My dog jumped like he had seen a ghost. I looked over and I was taken back by how hideous the new Stone Harbor sign was. For the colors to make a dog jump was funny, but not as funny as the craftsmanship. I am so glad I am a taxpayer throwing my money away.
