The dog beach is not only a health hazard, it is a safety risk as well. We can't get beach goers to pick up their trash, what makes anyone think they will clean up after their dog? It is inevitable that a dog will get away from their owner and bite someone. As a resident of Poplar Avenue, I seriously oppose any dog beach proposal.
