I agree with the person about the North Wildwood seawall, loose dogs and their owners. I have complained time and time again about this to the NW police and year after year it gets worse, with more non-caring dog owners ruining the fun of walking the seawall. Please mayor and council, post a law for banning dogs on the North Wildwood seawall.
