With the posted speed limit of 45 mph in the construction zone on the parkway, I don't understand why drivers constantly speed! First concern is for the safety of all workers and drivers. Second, police could write tickets 24/7, making this roadway safe, and also it's a cash cow for the state and Cape May County.
