Apparently, if you build a house on Shawmount Ave. in Villas, you are entitled to have a private entrance to the Cox Hall Creek Wildlife Area. Not only has someone removed sections of fence and installed gates at two locations, but now they have also cleared vegetation and cut paths to the walking trails. My call to the enforcement officer seems to have had no effect.
