Park Boulevard in Wildwood is a total mess. The city and their engineers do not know how to redo a street properly. The city streets' asphalt lays on sand. They should use crushed stone as a base, a compactor roller to compact it, then use base asphalt of at least four inches, and then a top coat of two inches.
