Keeping in mind the assaults which have occurred on the Wildwood boardwalk: I was walking on April 18 around 2 p.m., along the southernmost boardwalk heading to the Crest. A jogger ran up behind me within an inch of my body. I could feel his body heat. I felt this was an act of harassment or intimidation by the jogger and immediately reported to a nearby police officer sitting in a police cart. The officer chose not do anything, though the jogger was readily visible.
