North Cape May

When you compare Cape May's education costs against those of other NJ towns of similar "taxpaying households," Cape May comes away quite cheaply. Whether they are second homes or not makes no difference. They are still taxpaying residents. Most NJ towns with the same number of taxpayers have huge education costs, especially when they provide K-12 education to their residents, unlike Cape May. So does it really come down to senior citizens vs. families with children?
