She filled out all the paperwork herself and hit send. Then anything else they need, she will fax in. They do an interview over the phone. Jersey, if you could get it together and even just allow for the information to be sent in by computer, you would save hours of interview time! Those hours could be used more productively, as I know plenty of social workers who go in on Saturdays to catch up. It's worth a look!
