Locals of the boroughs should be exempt from beach fees as a right of citizenship in the Wildwoods. Like the Indians, we're being distanced from our homelands. Of what worth is this fine home of ours if we can't walk by the beach to calm our minds at the end of a day of work, etc. Will we have to pay to breathe the air as well?
