After almost 14 years, the township has owned the beach from Englewood to Lincoln Blvd. This has been a costly venture for the taxpayers in the township with issues of cleanup, parking, enforcement of non responsible dog owners, etc. Has anybody gained with the township take over of the beach? The beaches and road along the bay front, in its pristine form, has been lost. Has business prospered in Lower? Have the citizens in Lower lost a good thing? Beck, Clark and Neville have turned this beautiful area into an unsupervised circus.
