The Property Owner Assoc., in the name of a former president, authorized a letter to the township April 22, that the organization was in favor of the projected walkway. Nothing is further from the truth. As a member, I don't recall any motion or resolution concerning this matter. The same thing was done; when some of the officers had a private deal to give the property owners' beach to the township free of charge. This plan was intercepted and a referendum of all the members overwhelmingly shot it down. The same referendum process should apply to the walkway.
