We should all be aware that recreation advisory board member Steven Morey, who is vehemently touting destroying your protective beach dune for his and the mayor's sidewalk project is employed by Hatch Mott MacDonald. This is the firm the town council has recently spent thousands on engineering with and also the firm in position to be rewarded the contract for nearly a million dollars but probably much more for the sidewalk project. We must ask to see if other bids were invited on this project and if so were they considered or just dismissed in honor of Morey?
