Publisher Art Hall calls ObamaCare "a failure." A week after Hall wrote those words, some seven million Americans enrolled, meeting the target, and millions more signed up through the state exchanges and expanded medicaid. What was "a failure" was the Republican all-out propaganda machine spreading lies, half-truths, death panel nonsense and twisted lies about people "losing" their coverage, and of course, the "job killing ObamaCare" campaign. No data supports that. Unemployment was down and jobs up during the enrollment period.
