What does that say about our local hospitals? You mentioned that federal government was out of control, and local government was responsive. 16 local governments in such a small geographic area? Why the need for county gov.? Why the number of school districts? The fed. gov. may be out of control, but calling local gov. in Cape May County responsive; that is a hard one to digest.
