Middle Township schools, like all NJ districts, are being forced to waste so much money and staff time on new teacher evaluation methods. Both the Marzano and Danielson teacher evaluation programs are worthless. Instead of having teachers actually teach, the district is being forced to use teachers to evaluate other teachers, which is just wrong. MT teachers just want administrators to leave them alone, not undermine them when it comes to grades and discipline.
