I think spout off is a great format for residents to voice opinions on subjects of importance. The problem is that it seems that one person can post as many comments as they want about a subject to taint the opinion pool. Take the ATV issue. As a resident of Dennis, I know that most people are not against ATV usage and most of the spout offs could be from one disgruntled resident. I think there should be something that only allows one posting per week from each computer so the opinion poll is a more accurate accounting of true opinions for the officials to read. Editor, is that possible?
