Kudos to the LT Ward 2 councilman who tried his best to have a fishing pier built for everyone to use. I didn't want it in my neighborhood at all! Neville listened to all of our complaints, still tried to get the necessary funding to not cost Lower Township a dime, and knew when the federal government said no, the idea was over. Smart councilmen know when to fold on a bad idea.
