Upon placing my order in a Lower Township eatery, my server informed me that I could not make a substitution because the order I placed was pre-mixed. I opted not to order anything. I'm sure the server was just too lazy to make the substitution, as I'm sure the kitchen staff is aware of cross contamination of pre-mixed food stuffs, and shelf life. If hospitality doesn't improve in this area, it's going to become more bleak, as tourists will never return. This tourist will not!
