The latest "runaround" is to submit a petition for ATV noise relief in residential housing developments. This was already done at the very beginning of this issue, with a 46 name petition submitted back in 2005. Nothing was done. Since then, citizens have been endlessly ping-ponged back and forth for years, to the planning and zoning boards, where they have presented much testimony, submitted written presentations, and filed many complaints.
