Is the mandate a tax or not, Judge Roberts? Is taxation now "voluntary"? If it is, then I should be able to sue the government to get a waiver so I do not have to pay federal income taxes, because my family is 'unable to afford' the payments. Otherwise, I am receiving unequal treatment under the law when it comes to taxation!
