Once again, layoffs at our schools are impending. The morale is low, but what is new? The morale among most work institutions is low; teaching and education has been stripped of its passion and is just another paycheck. Teaching is just another J-O-B. It is not the fault of the teachers, who have become disheartened and jaded throughout the years of ill treatment, nor is it the administrators' that were once devoted teachers themselves. The state of NJ schools is a result of Chris Christie's money-making agenda. People are getting rich at the expense of our community.
