In response to the spouter talking about knocking on a neighbor's door with a complaint: Even a cowardly neighbor can leave a note in a mail box. Police have bigger fish to fry in Cape May County than the appearance of another taxpayer property. Maybe you should move to a neighborhood with no houses if you are going to pass judgment on the way other people keep their property.
