The Middle Township school board needs to realize that constant staff cuts and threats of future cuts just scares parents away from Middle schools. No parent will send their child to a school with overcrowded classes due to too many teachers being laid off. If the board has to cut, cut smart. Cut administrators, sports, paid coaches, guidance counselors, gym teachers and lower priority electives before cutting math, science and language arts.
