I personally would never knock on a person's door of their home, or suggest someone else do it, and ask them to clean up their property. People nowadays own weapons and might use them. It is not like you ask them to fix something and they are going to do it. You would not even be able to live next to them and would have to move yourself after doing it. Let the police handle it. They are professionals.
