A formal proposal for a walk-way between Lincoln Dr. and Fernwood Rd. by the rec. adv. bd. has as much chance of getting implemented as a meteorite hitting town hall. The roadway is a complete mess, especially the portion where Beach Dr. becomes Shore. There isn't any parking for the folks who live there in front of their homes. A five-year recreation plan, when things can't be done on a day-to-day basis. Time for a study, or better yet, an investigation!
