The manager just announced that Clubhouse Drive a.k.a "Moon Scape" Drive will not be started for another seven months. Councilmen, what are you missing that others have seen for years? Don't you represent the district, and don't you live about 500 feet from this roadway? Don't you think that this situation has gone on long enough?
