After school, some very young children are allowed to ride bikes, scooters and skateboards, right in the middle of the street. No adults are supervising, and cars making sharp turns cannot see the kids until too late. We've witnessed a few close calls. Is this a matter for child services? Nobody wants to get anyone into trouble, but shouldn't some adult be watching them?
