There is a reason people don't have dogs. Those people are responsible and know how much time you have to dedicate to taking care of one or more dogs, like most people have these days. People who don't have dogs don't appreciate the constant dog barking at all hours of the day and the dog owners think it is just a normal part of their life. They are oblivious to the non-stop barking and don't care. There is also the clean up of the dogs that owners are in denial of. They think it's alright if it happens anywhere and have no consideration of the next person who will come walking by.
