I wasn't in total agreement with the negative spouts regarding the North Wildwood police department, but have become a recent convert. There is either a quota system in place for car stops, or there are just too many officers on the street with nothing to do in the winter. I know that they were required to take sensitivity training regarding service dogs. I believe most; if not all of the motor vehicle stops are fabricated so as to smell alcohol on the driver’s breath.
