A vehicle followed me home from the grocery store. I was simply carrying my groceries home and this person stopped at the corner and slowly drove through the intersection with his head turned toward me. Was he a cop? Who else would bother? What was I up to? Nothing, obviously. This is the seventh time a police officer harassed me in this manner.
