Stone Harbor, you are about to get another unopposed Nov. election by Rich and Lane. They were the agitators for the library and the $4 million parking lot. They were elected as Independents because they couldn't win the Republican primary. Why not run as a Democrat because they love to spend money and don't keep their promises. Someone please have the courage to oppose them. You will get tremendous support.
