The affordable housing that will be going into Middle is in fact low income housing. The units that our committee are allowing in MT; 52.2 percent of the units will be low income, 10 percent very low income and five units will be set aside for the homeless. This project will not be paying property taxes, so our school taxes will rise considerably to pay for the children that will live in these projects. How many children do you think will be added to our school system with 160 new units available?
