As a person who doesn't usually agree with Art Hall, I must say his article on the value of the spout off is right on target. Common people need a voice, even though it is from the distance. I would like to see Hall's insight into the controversy with the Cape May Regional issue that is being played out between CM and LT. Are public schools guaranteed in the Constitution? Is public education a right? Should a larger voting block get its way?
