The taxpayer funded and state operated ATV park in Woodbine is temporarily closed for the winter season. Check with the Belleplain rangers to see when the spring opening is scheduled. Also, equipment and safety requirements are the same, whether the state or a private vendor manages this facility. It is up to responsible ATV enthusiasts to legally transport their ATVs, and then be in compliance with these rules and regulations to minimize liability issues for taxpayers who generously fund and support this enterprise.
