Someone suggested the testing of Section 8 persons. True, there are alot of issues there. However, let's say 10,000 in our area test positive for dope. We can deny them housing, in which case they'll become homeless people in your neighborhood, or they can be arrested and put in jail. The last I'd heard, it cost about $35,000 per year to house an inmate. We still pay. We'll need more cell space for men and women, as well as social services for the children who no longer have parents who are free.
