The police should enforce proper signage and use of flagmen at the construction site on First and Atlantic. There was almost a head-on collision between two vehicles trying to maneuver around the workers, standing in the street talking, and the two cement trucks parked facing west in the eastbound lane. Not one of these men even tried to assist these two vehicles coming from opposite directions.
