The Wildwood Downtown Business Improvement District and Special Improvement District have been around for years. What's been accomplished on Pacific Ave. other than changing street signs from rockets, to palm trees, to the current look, sidewalks painted blue, that peeled in less than a year and tour buses of potential investors?
