I agree with the person who spouted about the new fence for the water tower! The dog park should have a privacy fence! Furthermore, that entire section of Lafayette Street is a disaster and it needs some major sprucing up. Cape May would be the first to tell you if your home did not comply with historic guidelines, yet they do nothing to help the "curb appeal" of the city.
