With all the complaints about the trash cans being thrown all over the place, etc: Why don't we just contract the job out? Like animal control, the township would save a ton of money and complaints about poor workmanship would be addressed. We, the taxpayers, wouldn't have to pay for trucks, their repairs, fuel, wages, health care, retirement, etc.
