The Herald's Spout Off is the voice for the people in Lower Twp. and other municipalities. Living in Lower makes me appreciate the ability to say what is on my mind with a government that doesn't seem to work. A local government that is not open, restrictive and appears to be about the few who made this council possible in the last election. Reading the comments of other taxpayers in a critical way gives me insight to the things that are happening in the township that our governing body does not want known. Freedom is the ability to be heard. Great forum offered by the Herald. Thumps up!
