I agree with the resident from Dennis Township about local municipalities using FEMA funds to reimburse themselves for work and repairs, not for a major disaster. Picking up leaves, branches, filling potholes and paying employees overtime is not a FEMA disaster. FEMA application requirements should mandate photos of the alleged damage just like insurance companies do. Just like the DT resident, I too know there is a lot of FEMA funding being applied for and received by municipalities, but not related to major disasters.
