The driver of the Lower Township fire truck that was on the GSP at milepost 28 Fri., Jan. 17, was having real problems. First, the driver pulled into traffic without any notice, cutting off one car. Then, for the next two miles, he couldn't decide what lane to drive in. The driver was constantly crossing from one lane to the other, cutting off several cars. What qualifies that person to drive?
