Think of L.T. government as you would think of your doctor. You ask your doctor that you are experiencing a sore throat. Most likely there would be a diagnosis with a prognosis. Tell the councilman that you have flooding in front of your home. The answer most likely would be that your home was built years ago and there isn't much that can be done. Or if you have a problem with a drug house, you will be told that the prosecutor's office is doing an investigation and we can't do anything!
