As a Town Bank resident and Prop. Owners Assoc. member, I must say after reading the latest minutes, Nov., 2013, that someone permitted two gratis memberships to the mayor and his wife is totally uncalled for. I joined the association for social and quality of life issues in our surrounding area. I didn't join the association for political reasons. This is the second incident where politics comes before the associations by-laws. The assoc. should be looking out for its members.
