In the Jan. 15 edition of the Herald, Councilman A. Carusi says we are not experts in this field and quote "we're all volunteers." Mayor and council receive a stipend, correct? Mayor and council are not volunteers. They run for office and are paid, plus numerous other perks. Volunteers are not paid.
