The elected people who run Dennis Township appear to be totally oblivious as to what neighboring governments are doing, relevant to the role of government, and the need for ordinance adoption and ordinance enforcement. As an example, Dennis and Upper Townships share a consolidated municipal court system. Upper has enforced a nuisance noise ordinance since Dec. 13 2010 . Dennis residents have no such ordinance and no recourse before the same judge in the same court. Also, the NJSP can enforce noise in UT, but not DT. Why the inequality?
