Cape May County

To the spouter from Stone Harbor stating that a driver can "legally" go 4 mph over the posted speed limit and the police won't stop you, you are wrong. By law, the posted speed limit means "the posted speed limit, conditions permitting." "Conditions permitting" means clear weather and dry road conditions. Not sure where you learned to drive, but I would love to be a police officer behind you when you are driving.
