I'd like to know why my neighbor keeps setting things up on his lawn. For example, people's Christmas decorations, a vending machine, collecting hundreds of beer cans and throwing them all over his lawn! It's a wonder he gets away with such behavior. The poor neighborhood children have to look at this display of trash and try to play in a "normal" neighborhood. I'm very concerned.
