I am a Village Green seasonal resident. My comment has to do with a barking dog problem a house away from ours. The CM police were called perhaps six or seven times at varying times of day. They did absolutely nothing. We had tape recordings of the barking all hours of the day and night. The owner left the dog unattended for days at a time. Several houses were disturbed. Their comment, "we can do nothing". Call Animal Control. We did. They could do nothing, but leave notices. An entire summer was ruined. Never lived anywhere with such a passive police dept. No help at all.
